MF  Construction & Development Ltd was established exclusively to offer social housing building solutions via a number of in-house Developer SPV's, on a project by project basis, in particular to local authorities, housing associations and student accommodation providers, as a Main/Principle Contractor. 

 

The company Directors have the requisite financial capacity, building expertise and track record to deliver a range of turn key building projects nationally..

MF Construction & Developments, can offer a full range of building designs for both flats and houses and can therefore accommodate any architectural designs proposed by the local authority.

Once a housing development contract has been agreed and planning has been approved, MF Construction & Developments, is ready to start work on the project immediately, employing local contractors who are vetted and recruited through a highly rated logistics company.

Derrick McLean has over 40 years construction experience, which has given him an understanding of the key requirements needed in today’s UK market and with his Developments Director, Richard Freeman who leads the Development & Finance team's, have proved to become a formidable partnership.

RICHARD FREEMAN: DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENTS

 

Richard is a seasoned property developer with over 20 years’ experience in the field. He has been involved in a wide range of both residential and commercial building projects in many UK locations.

 

 

DERRICK MCLEAN: DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION

 

Derrick started in the Construction industry 40 years ago as a Bricklayer/Supervisor for the first 20 years of his career, Supervising large projects at home in the UK & overseas.

 

His career after 20 years then progressed into Construction Site Management, providing Construction Management services, for various Developers & Construction companies globally specialising in constructing mostly Volumetric Light Gauge Steel framed building projects across the UK to present day.

JOHN PINNIGER: 

 

John is currently Director-General of the Association for International Travel and Tourism and director of Transmed Consulting Ltd which advises on International Infrastructure projects. He was previously the UK External Relations adviser to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and a consultant to several financial services institutions and associations in the UK. He previously held senior positions as a Councillor in the London Borough of Lambeth, responsible for both housing and social services
