Appointed in 2016 to build an 8-storey building, to create ground floor to basement retail constructed in Reinforced Concrete, with 131 student apartments, constructed in LGSF, System.

The project was located in Nottingham City Centre.

The project involved the locating & the filling in, of underground Caves with concrete, with the caves being as low as 7 meters below ground level,
