This project consisted of the complete rebuild of 38 Self contained (Emergency Housing) flats, by way of taking out relevant walls and suspended ceilings & all M&E. (To remove and reinstall where possible), to be able to carry out the correct specified fire compartmentation within and between rooms, walkways, staircases and escape routes.
