In 2014 following the Ideal home Shows in London's Earls Court & Scotland's SCC, we managed the construction of the three steel frame modular Princes Foundation Houses featured at the two Ideal Home shows, The Venacular, Baille Scott & The Chalet.

The construction project was carried out on the Dumfries House Estate in Cumnock Scotland, owned by HRH King Charles III.

All three of the Princes Foundation Houses where transported from The Ideal Home Show at the SECC in Glasgow to there final resting place on the Dumfries House Estate, Cumnock, Scotland.

Then the Cranage Erection & the on site finishing works to all three of the houses were completed under the Management of Derrick McLean - MD.
